libghc-statevar-dev software package provides state variables in Haskell, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-statevar-dev
libghc-statevar-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-statevar-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-statevar-dev *
You will get with libghc-statevar-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
